A native of Blairsville, Georgia, she graduated from the University of Georgia with honors. Rebecca Kendrick finished at the top of her class from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law in 2008.

John E. Mahan

Born in Knoxville, Tennessee, John received his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Tennessee and attended the University of Tennessee Graduate School of Public Administration. He secured his Juris Doctor Degree from the Atlanta Law School and was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 1982.
